Our Ambassador Program goes beyond imagery. It’s an invitation to be part of something meaningful—a curated creative experience for dancers ready to grow, gain visibility, and collaborate with a photographer who deeply understands the art of movement.


We’re now accepting applications for Season 1 of The Movement Edit Ambassador Program. Dancers ages 7–25+ with solid technique and expressive performance are welcome to apply. A small number of openings are available for dancers ages 5–6 who shine with confidence and big personality on camera.


Availability is limited. This experience is reserved for dancers who are ready to deliver bold artistry and unforgettable presence in front of the camera.


Application open from January 1-February 20. Dance are officially accepted March 1

WHAT YOU GET

  1. TWO scheduled photoshoots. Two one-hour photoshoots, one indoor and one outdoor during the program. (Valued at $700+)
  2. 20 Professionally Edited Images. 10 images per shoot.
  3. 30% discount on any additional purchased images, prints, or items.
  4. The Movement Edit merch to represent the brand.
  5. Exclusive Pop-up photoshoots. This is exclusive to the ambassador program. If there are any concepts that come up or ideas for specific shoots, the ambassadors are chosen to these shoots. (example, holiday shoots, themed shoots, beach shoots, testing new lighting, etc.) You receive 2-5 images from the shoot.
  6. First access opportunities.
  7. Group Photoshoot. Once during the program we will schedule a group photoshoot.
  8. Must be available to shoot in Connecticut or surrounding states if agreed upon prior.
  9. Promotion of each dancer and their journey.
  10. Encouraging new friendships. Meeting other group members in a fun, safe, environment where you would not have had the opportunity to meet other dancers with similar interests.
  11. Opportunity to work with outside business brought for eduction and informational purposes for the dancers.

What IS ASKED


  1. Dancer must fill out application by February 20th.
  2. Applicant must be 7 years of age (unless they are in the mini ambassador program ages 5-6)
  3. Dancer is expected to commit to one year of the program. Requirements are not super heavy. I fully understand the importance of school/family functions.
  4. Dance must be enrolled in dance or seeking a professional career in dance.
  5. Facebook/Instagram post requirement. Dancer and/or parent must share on their social media 1-2x per month!
  6. Group photoshoot and private photoshoot participation. Must be available for the group photoshoot and schedule their 2 private sessions.
  7. Dancer must represent the brand professionally and responsibly.
  8. Must have a willingness to collaborate, try new concepts, and follow styling or wardrobe guidance for curated visions, paired with patience and understanding as your photographer explores and experiments creatively as well.
  9. Participation fee. The required participation fee for the 26-27 season is $500 and is due by March 1. Split payment option is available. (The value of this program is valued at $1200-$1500 depending on themed pop-up shoots.)
